IFB spins up new services after customer research

Like many companies we have had more spare time on our hands than normal over the last few months, not because we are not busy doing what we do but mainly because we have had less commute time between meetings and events, places and spaces.  

The team here have put this to great use you will be glad to hear – making the most of our time to get up close with our customers to reassure them we are still here to help and support in any way we can, and of course make those important sales. What we have really managed to do is gain and benefit a huge amount of market intelligence that our customers have taken the time to share – really great practical and insightful stuff on what their needs are and going to be in the future. 

This has been an amazing experience to be part of – the team here have always taken a great deal of pride in knowing our customers well - but this has gone to the next level over the past few months. To play IFB’s part we have taken these needs and worked them up into a series of new services and supporting actions based on our customers demand and needs. 

Over the next period you will hear and see more about these new services including our Threat Intelligence platform – designed to find and remediate cyber vulnerabilities internally and externally on your networks.

Our new Teams Voice service delivering integration for the invaluable Microsoft Teams application and turning this in to your everyday telephony and collaboration business tool. 

We have spun up a Mobile Broadband service delivering unlimited data connectivity across 4G and 5G networks which can act as a second connection for home workers, a temporary connection until we deliver a fibre connection and a permanent solution for your mobile workforce. 

Many have told us that their business data has been exposed as corporate users move to home environments – our Cloud Backup service not only securely backs data up from these end points but also from our customers Cloud locations - something many companies believe just happens anyway.  

These are just the start of a series of new and evolved - customer driven services from IFB – where we have seen fantastic uptake for each almost as soon as we have launched these.   

We couldn’t have developed these if it wasn’t for our great team and our fantastic customers giving us their time.
