Customer Need & Objective

As a Business Centre company, we see the need for our services increasingly significantly during these changing and often challenging times.

Our objective is to grow our business by supporting other companies and their needs and to achieve our growth goals, the prioritisation is on the services we provided in our Business Centres. This is significantly dependent on connectivity, cyber security within our centres for clients and the addition of a new enhanced service of telephony.

The task we set IFB was to fully understand our need, review existing systems and deliver a comprehensive proposal on how their services meet our objective of becoming a centre of excellence.

There were several objectives to be achieved in this project with the ultimate being that of helping this customer growth their business. Specifically, these included:

  • Increase the business profile through enhanced service offering.

  • Customer offered superior service via IFB gigabit connectivity

  • Managed Wi-Fi network

  • Cyber Security – IFB Threat Intelligence Platform

  • Cost-effective & Increased Efficiency through IFB Teams Voice

Results, Return on Investment and Future Plans

Through deployment of IFB Services Portfolio:

  • Customer was positioned to provide and sell a greatly enhanced service offering to their clients

  • Now seeing further increased revenue through additional new clients.  

  • Reduced expenditure by implementing IFB Teams Voice

  • Based on the ROI of this investment, it is anticipated they will mirror these services from IFB to their other facilities in Q1 2021.
